CSV thousand separator problem on import

Hi,

I have 1 EXCEL file->SAVE AS .csv-> results numbers like this 1.234,95 (thousand separated by dots and decimals by commas). Tried with european numbers format and with US numbers format too.

When I import this csv, the result is that only the number "1" is imported.

I read that this was a bug fixed in 7.1 and comes from Kendo library. This came back?
