Text area width too wide when count characters selected

In a form column, if the "Width of input controls" option is set to "Entire column width less", a text area control with the "Count characters" option selected will be too wide by roughly 25 pixels.
v8.1 on Windows 10 / MySQL 5.6 (local), v8.1 on Windows Server 2016 / MySQL 5.6 (server)
