Can't set priority for rules

I try to set the priority for a rule to 60 and it won't let me save. I have to close out of the unsavable BO and get back in. If instead I click the undo button, I get an error: "java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.Short".

I'm using v8.
v8.1 on Windows 10 / MySQL 5.6 (local), v8.1 on Windows Server 2016 / MySQL 5.6 (server)

This should be fixed in build 2346
