Can't Turn off include About

I just noticed there is no way to turn off the Powered By in the footer if you do not have a MENU selected in the Visual Perspectives.

For example the new library app under Member uses the LEFT PANE in place of the Menu in the Visual Perspectives and shows the Powered By in the footer and no selection is available to turn it off.

However if you have Menu selected like in the Administrator Level it gives the Developer an "Include About item" check box from that selection.

If no Menu is selected in the Visual Perspectives can you default to not include the about item or give us somewhere else to turn it on and off.

"Powered by" can be turned off by turning off the footer or providing a custom footer. It has nothing to do with the "About" item in the menu. Since "About" is in the menu, naturally it is not available if the menu is off.

NOTE TRUE: It does change if you deselect the "Include About Item" in the visual perspectives.

If the "Include About Item" is checked the ABOUT option appears on the menu and there are TWO "Powered by" displayed near the footer of the screen. One of them is in the status messages display area and the other in one the directly above the status footer line but centered.

If the "Include About Item" is UN-CHECKED the ABOUT disappears from the menu and BOTH of the "Powered by" that are displayed in or near the footer are gone.
