V6 vs. V7 : Edit and Delete record in grid

Dear Support Team,

We have a situation related to editing and deletion of a record appearing in a grid in V7:

1. From Main page, edit any record appearing in a grid. Edit page/tab opens up with the record details.
2. Keep the edit page/tab open and go back to Main page.
3. From main page, delete the same record which was opened in edit mode in step #1. Main page itself gets removed but edit page/tab still remains open displaying record details. This is the issue that we are reporting.

In V6, for the same steps mentioned above, the main page does not get closed at step #3. Looks like this is a Kendo UI issue as it is working fine in Ext JS.
