Mobile: QUESTION & REPORT ERROR Dialogue

The REPORT ERROR and DISPLAY QUESTION dialogue boxed are not closed on click sometimes, instead, they are grayed out and permanently fixed on the screen.

Happens using Chrome Mobile 36 on Android 4.3 phone (Samsung Galaxy 44) & Chrome Mobile 36 on Android 4.4 Tablet.

It works fine on Chrome Mobile 36 on iPhone 4s.
