Reports

I'm having problems creating reports. I read the help program, I've followed it step by step . I have also create a custom report and then in operation mode no data is showing.

I've been using a tag with this words: -
<<COUNT MEMBERS WHERE(MEMBERS.STATUS='B')
But no results. This is when I select run custom query.
When I select USE ALL INSTANCES OF A OBJECT then it takes a very long time to generate the report...so long that I give up and logout.
I also tried to create a group but no results.

Can you export your business space version into a file and e-mail it to us?

Also specify which report doesn't work.

We checked your reports and they seem to work fine. How do you run the reports? Do you have data in your database before you run the reports?

Yes I have data in my database, the reports I open in operation mode is on a acrobat reader file is that correct?

I will try your new AwareIM version
