License expired

I purchased a license on May 23. Now it seems I when I start AwareIM, I get the following message: "License expired or invalid for product id *******"

I had entered the product id into the web site as told and took the resulting product key and entered it into AwareIM.

I also just tried the "productKey.sh" approach with no luck.

What now?

Hi Tom,

Thanks for reporting this. As it turned out the key generator on the website did not work properly on some occasions. It has now been fixed. We have emailed a new key to you.
