Hi Support.

I'm having a problem using the pop up calendar in all of my applications. For example: after the pop up calendar has transferred my selected date to the Appointment BO (either Start Time or End Time) and clicking on "save" the system logs me out & displays the following message:

ERROR:

Session may have timed out. Please logon again.

Any thoughts on what the problem be?

Until support can address your question, do the logs provide any clues?

After beating myself up over this for 6 hours, testing my applications and trying different work arounds before submitting my query to support - the dam thing is working again?!!

Which leads me to suspect some possible problem with my browser / or laptop.

Is it possible that your session indeed times out?
Checking the pop up calendar was one of the first things I did after logging into the system (30 secs and then was logged out).

Until support can address your question, do the logs provide any clues?
