tweaks to Query screen in Configuration Tool

A couple of minor tweaks needed in the Config Tool:

1- In the "Attributes to Display" section, you can Shift+Click to select multiple rows. The up and down arrows only work on one row though. Seems like Shift+Click should not be active in this section OR allow up and down arrows to move multiple highlighted rows.

2- In the Where section, if you had multiple rows or where statements then delete all but one where statement the Link column remains in row 1 until you click save. If you click Close, then reopen that Query the link is then properly deleted.
