Report Designer - Start New Page won't save

I'm on Build 3135. In the Report Designer, when selecting Start New Page, the check box will not stay selected. Not all the time and not all bands. But if I check the box, select another band, and select the previous band, the box is cleared. I have tried checking the box and immediately saving and/or immediately putting into test mode.

It apparently does save if I save the report and close it after checking the box.

Can anyone verify this behavior? Seems like a bug report but I just want to gather some corroboration.
