BASServer.Props SessionTimeout value is overwritten

When editing the General items from the Control Panel, any setting changes (including no changes to the Timeout setting) overwrites the SessionTimeout value in BASServer.Props usually with a long negative value.

Interestingly, this only occurs on my production server (running Professional) but does not happen on my development server (running Developer).
