REST- handling Boolean - Yes/No, 2 issues

I am re-listing this post to the problem area,hopefully it will get traction.

Summary:(two separate problems)
1. The boolean (YesNo) is being sent as though it were text and resulting in a failed POST attempt.
2. Also the boolean is being sent as a "yes" or "no" , when it should be sent as "true" or "false" resulting in a failed POST attempt
