incorrect header check when sending emails?

Anyone still getting this in the console/Server Output window when sending an email?
incorrect header check

I searched the forum and can't find anything - but something tells me we were ok to ignore it.
problem is, I'm getting SLOW outgoing emails in 8.1 - and this only pops up when email is sent.
