Issue Creating Multiple Presentations (both v8.0 and v8.1)

I have a Business Space where I need to have multiple Presentations on a particular Business Object. I have added the first and most important presentation that I need, a map showing several location attributes.

I need to add a second presentation for displaying multiple locations that is sized differently for mobile devices.

When I create the presentation it creates just fine and I can open the presentation editor to make changes but as soon as I make one change on the new presentation and hit save, the new presentation disappears from the presentations list and I can't get it back. I have tried this on different Business Objects as well as objects in different business spaces and the results are the same. I will also post a link to a screen capture below of what I am talking about to make it clear. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I have fixed the weird voice over, sorry. I would like to also specify that I was having this issue prior to updating to 8.1 and hoped that updating would fix it but the issue persists in 8.1 as well.

confirmed same behavior on latest 8.1 build.
and I exported and examined the XML and its not in there either.
