2378 installation error: Error opening file for writing

For the last couple dozen updates in AIM, I go through the same ritual:

1. Download SETUPVAR.exe
2. Copy AIM folder and name with that build
3. Reboot
4. Run SETUPVAR.exe
5. Copy font-awesome-4.7.0 from copied folder

Since I started that ritual, I haven't had a problem...until now.

Note that I skipped build 2377 and went straight to build 2378.

Never mind. I copied the previous build back, re-ran and it worked. Seems the first run deleted the bin folder.
