KML Coordinates for the US States

Has anyone created US State coordinates for google map polygon map that they would be willing to share?

Apologies I missed this until it was too late.

Attached is a BSV with All Countries by Continent with 99% of the KML coordinates - the ones missing are obscure islands. If anyone want to provide me with those I'd be grateful.

Country BO includes ISO 2&3 letter codes and numeric country identifiers.
Also included are Sales Taxes for Europe and Dial Codes for Europe those countries with Sales Taxes.

I haven't gotten as far as building the rest of the world dial codes as I have to smack my thumb with a hammer for the rest of the week. (It was a pita to build this so far is what I am saying).

The BOs are in the BSV along with the process to build all the reference data (and check that it is not duplicated).

If anyone wants to share global dialling codes, I'd be grateful.

There a BOs missing from the BSV.

LuTaxType, LuDialCodes, LuFair and cannot be placed under Test
