Select All Pages with a "Pick From"

Is there a way to select all pages when you are using a query with "pick one or more from"? I have tried several different things and I cannot set it up so the user doesn't have to select each page of the results. Even when I do unlimited it still will not select them all at one time. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure on this, but try creating a query with no paging or limits. Use the query in the pick from i.e., PICK FROM MYQUERY...

I tried that but it still won't select them all - it will only select what it can view as you scroll down - the objects below aren't selected.

You should probably put this directly to support. It may be a limitation or maybe they can add an option for the select all function to select all records in the query.

Sometimes users want to do some filtering of a query, then select all of the filtered items. My users do this regularly in one app.

you can get around this irregularity by converting to a Custom Query, and having a 'selected' attribute serving as a flag.
