File upload widget does not seem to work in IE

Looking for confirmations. When I place a document attribute on a form it presents the file selector tool. In my tests so far, I cannot get this widget to work correctly in IE especially when replacing a file. If you have such a widget in V7, please give it a try in IE and report your experience.
