Can I have 2 INCREASE ... BY in the same RULE?

Maybe its just the code completion thingy, but I have

FIND BO..... WHERE
INCREASE BO.ATTR BY ....

when try to add another one, and pressing F3 for code hinting, it erases the 1st one.

Is this an "undocumented feature?
