Failure Rules Not Triggering if there is no REPORT ERROR Rul

Is there a way to make Failure rules Trigger for internal errors as well? Such as Column name to Long?

I have a schedule process that will fetch files from S3 and do an auto import everything, but if for some reason one of the files has an attribute which has a name that is too long then I don't want my whole process to bomb out. However... I also don't want to have to create 20 'REPORT ERROR' on each object to check the length or special characters.
I want to internal Aware IM errors to also Trigger the failure rules, skip that record, and proceed with the process.

Is there a way to do this?
