Thanks very much for this. I ahve emailed the BSV file as requested. Specifically the business object is called CreditChecks and the Form the html doc is initiated from is called "ResultForm".

Hi John,

It turns out that the ";" character was missing after "&gt" at the end of every tag in the HTML template file. Adding it back has fixed the problem in our tests. Please make the change and see if it works for you.
