@Support - 5.9 Serialize Problem

Hi Support

Once of our clients of our SAAS product is getting the following error when trying to create a new user(after confirming the Password): com.bass.bassserver.executionengine.A.G$_F

When trying this from other Client's logins we don't get this problem. We've never seen this before and have NO idea where to even start looking for the problem.

please let us know if anyone had had this and how to resolve or what could be causing this.

This product is running the latest version of 5.9 and mySQL 5.6.

We saw something in the log about Columns not Existing but we checked the DB and those columns DO exist. Also As I Said, It is only for this one company that we are getting this issue at the moment.

Any help will be much appreciated.
