Permission Control Panel for the End User

Hello!

Has anyone created a control panel so the end user can handle their permissions for their applicacion.
Maybe creating Access Levels, and Edit, Delete and View Permissions?

Not using the AwareIm side controls.

Or if anyone has done something diferent please, let me know.
