This is a feature request to upgrade the Aware IM MySQL encryption (attribute level) from DES to AES since DES is deprecated from MySQL version 5.7.6.

On a related note, if you will be looking at this, improving the encryption options to it´s application level instead of attribute level i.e the option to have the whole application, all attributes etc. encrypted by configuring this once in the BSV (instead of for each attribute) would help A LOT.
