Translate multi choice attributes-checkboxes

Hi,

How can be translated a multi choice attribute?

For attribute "Partner" I have these choices : Customer, Supplier

In form they are represented with checkboxes, so a partner can be Supplier and Customer in the same time. In DB, if both choices are chosen, the value is represented like this: "Supplier@Customer".
The separated choices can be translated in locale, but the concatenated value not.
Exists a workaround for this?
