Import objects with sub-objects?

Hey guys.

I need to do a mass import of Quotes but I'm a little lost. I tried exporting Quotes to see what kind of format it wants and it pushed out three CSVs. It pushed out Quotes, QuoteLineItems and the relationships.

Do I need to import the same docs? Also, if the Quote and QuoteLineItems don't already exist, there will be no IDs for those, which I assume it will create on the fly on import. Or is there a way to combine both into a single document for upload?

Basically I need to make a call on whether I try import all of these then maybe have to fix a whole bunch or add them all manually.
