AwareIM folder (files permissions)

Hello!

My app accessible from ip:8080/crm/logon.html
By coincidence I have changed file permission to all the files and folders of awareim folder (that is placed in Desktop folder) to 777.
Is it dangerous? If so how to set right permissions?
AwareIM 5.1a build 1454, Debian 64bit , MySQL
