Is there an Event when BS is loaded?

Hi;

Is there an Event once a BS is loaded by Aware server and server begins to run the BS?

I need to create a BO at this entry level once, right after the BS is loaded. Or is there another way to have that process run once for the life of that BS before other rules or processes start?
