Setting Exchange Out Of Office On/Off from Aware

Has anyone had any experience in being able to turn Microsoft Exchange Out Of Office on/off from AwareIM?

I have an Absence/Leave System which would be great to have the option for the user to allow Aware to automatically turn it on when they go on leave and off when they return.

Mark,
Exchange can talk to external systems through web services. Google "exchange web services". I don´t know the specifics but know it can be done.
