Has anyone noticed the Send PM option for this forum is not working or maybe I have done something wrong.
I have submitted 2 PMs but the are just sitting in the Outbox.
Any clues here would be appreciated.

Possible by design?
I have seen this before and think this might be connected to when the recipient logs on so the message is delivered when the recipient logs on the next time. Either this or there is a delay of delivery for 24h or something like that.
