Tab area background?

Hi support,
I am trying to figure out how you managed to get the background of the tab area i.e. the "bar" / area where the tabs are located, to use the same texture as the main area (area underneath tabs) in the "Issue Resolution" application?

Can you please share how to do this? Thanks

I figured it out, it is theme specific i.e. some themes do this automatically e.g. the "Clifton" themes". I was testing the "Gray" theme when i wrote my post and that theme does not do this. Is it possible to change this manually though e.g. when using the "Gray" theme?
