Mobile Application Error

Hi,

Since the AwareIM has updated its application with this mobile application feature I not able to test my application in Mobile Testing Mode or able to see my application on the mobile.

I am trying to test my application on my pc only using the latest apple safari browser.

Here what i am doing with...

Browser Latest Apple Safari 5.1.7 version

AwareIM version 5.3 (1539)

URL to access the application for testing
http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logonAdminM.html

Then i got the simple login window in which i input Business Space, User, Password, Testing and Login

As i hit the button on login i got the following error

"Error feature is not supported in this product"

Please help me out.......

You need to purchase the mobile option in order to create and run mobile application. The cost for this option is $250

I'm getting the same error since I upgraded to version 6. I could access all my applications on my mobile on 5.9 but not on 6 anymore. Has the policy changed?

Nothing has changed. Does your license have a mobile option enabled?

Hi,

I don't know how to verify that. My about box only says AwareIM Professional Edition Version 6.0 (Build 2010). 10 user licenses.

I never looked at mobile options nor did I realise there was a seperare license for that. All my applications just ran on my iphone and ipad exactly the same as in the browser, but now the error pops up

You can check all the options on your licenses in your Aware IM account.

None of your licenses have this option enabled. It couldn't work before either. If you want mobile you need to purchase this option ($250)

I have no problem buying the mobile option and will do so. But I've been working with AwareIM for 6 years now and I can assure you that up to V5.9 I could access all my applications on my mobile and so could my customers.
