Calender by RSS

Hi,

I'm wonder what may be the best way to publish a business object of calender items by RSS or iCal? For example, to create a feature similar to the subscribe on Google Calender?

I'm trying to publish a list of calender items that will appear inside of my email client calender (I use zimbra, which is an open-source program very similar to outlook).
