Incoming EMail

We have followed the instructions under setting options for incoming emails handleing topic.

We can see the IncomingEmail notication, we can see the ReceiveEmail BO, however when we send an email to the mail server AwareIM isn't notified and we can't see that aware is polling the account in Testing mode. Nothing appears in the log file either.

Is there anyother configuration apeart from setting properties in the incoming email and automatic elements dialogs?

Vaguely remember that the incoming e-mails are not supported in the testing mode (not sure if this is true). Can you try the production mode?

Working now.

If you get any of the mail detail incorect it dosn't indicate it in the logs.
