Controlling Content Panels

I have VP that has in the Main Frame 2 content panels. Each panel is a query. One query just returns a record set sorted. The other returns a record set grouped. How do you control the panels so that they display the whole query so that you can navigate by the page versus having to use the scroll bar? I know that I can tell the query to only return so many rows. The only problem with that is that with the query with the Group By, I have no idea how many rows will fit in the window. Also, I know that I can make the query a certain height. The only problem with that is that the query is used via a menu and the panels. I really didn't want to duplicate the query with different heights.

This is not pretty, but at the moment I am afraid you have to copy the query and assign a different height.
