It looks like there may be a small problem with the new menu hide functionality. If you create a document based on an existing query and then call that document from a menu item 'Create Document', the menu item will not be visible regardless of access levels etc... If you create a process 'Display Document ....' for the same document and create a menu item calling that process, it is visible and works fine.
