I seem to remember that a month or two ago new functionality was introduced allowing end-users to make, store, and run their own reports without needing access to the Configurator.
I can't find anything in the User Manual about this.
Yes, that's right, the support of user-defined reports was added in Aware IM version 1.5. It is described in the Aware IM User Guide under Using Aware IM - Productivity Features - Working with Documents and Reports - User Defined Documents and Reports.
