I note that back in 2007 support said that this would most likely be in next version. I can't find anything in documentation. Was it added to V4 and if so how and where do I find how to use it or do I have to create my own facility?

This hasn't been added to the version 4.0 yet. You have to create your own facility as described in the referred post.
