Process and Report

I have process that gathers information for a report based on a users input. the process/report work splendid but when trying to run the same process on all records the process completes but the report is never presented to the user. You can see this in the following log...

Looks to be the process batches to 1000 then attempts to display the doc and then the next 1000 then the doc twice? Can anyone shed some light on this.....

So what I am looking for is in the FIND statement. If IN BATCHES OF keyword is omitted the default batch size of 1000 is used. Is there a way to set that default to batch all records found?

Can you provide the rules of your process? Specifically, are FIND and DISPLAY DOCUMENT in the same rule? If so, could you try moving them into separate rules?
