standard menu query

standard menu query

in the standard menu using a new query has anyone experienced any oddities with that?I was searching a date attribute but could not retrieve the any records such as; find BookSalesInvoice where BookSalesInvoice.DateApplied=10/23/2008 among different variations.

I can export see that the records are there
