It never rains but pours!

Just upgraded to version 4 but now the server will not run as it now says 'license expired or invalid for product id.........'

Support always asks that any license issues be emailed to them at [email protected]

This may be a silly question, but is your license purchase up to date?

I believe so as this instance was purchased earlier this year so I an able to upgrade to the latest version.

I did this while logged into my AwareIM acount and followed the process to no avail

You could try to run ProductKey.bat located in your AwareIM/bin folder.

You need to re-apply your product key using the bat file mentioned prior by Tom

ghilton it is very easy to upgrade or enter the license but if u still facing problem then just send a email to support you will get the right solutions..with all steps to do

License must have been solved. He mentioned using V4 in http://www.awareim.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 8&start=15
