BASServer.props has a setting:

SessionTimeout=3600000

Which I think is an hour.

Jack says he is timed out after about ten minutes.

Terry,

The browser session timeout is controlled by the property SessionTimeout in file webapp.props located in AwareIMRoot/Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM. The value is in seconds.
