Hi!
I would like to use UTF-8 for encoding.
In an old post (
http://www.awareim.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=96 ) solution was to manually change generated JSP form files. Has this changed in v4.0? I cannot find generated form files.
I did find 'standardStartHead2.jsp' in 'Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM' directory. I changed encoding line to <%@ page pageEncoding="UTF-8" contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8" %> but forms still use ISO8859-1. I have restarted the browser, application and AwareIM server.
Where can I set UTF-8 as default encoding in 4.0?
Kind regards,
Borut

Can somebody please confirm that they can use special characters in 4.0?
I cannot use them in form labels nor in data entry.

The old JSP stuff is no longer applicable for version 4.0. Character encoding used in version 4.0 is still ISO-8859-1.
