Use of icons in AwareIM

Has anybody made wide use of icons for statuses or tagging or any other graphical 'flagging'. I'm particularly interested in the use of icons and spot colour to highlight data

If I want to use icons for tags say - can I display a row of icons with a record to show all its flags?

I am still not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve here (perhaps a more specific example would help). But there's a big variety of options you have in Aware IM if you want to show icons.

You can show icons in queries, in object forms, you can define rules that will show different icons depending on different values of attributes.
