Hello

As a business we are going to be offering a reporting solution to our clients on the information they have on our AwareIM system. We have looked into the reporting function built in and have seen a business need to continue using our reporting standard of Crystal Reports from Business Objects

1. Do we use the JDBC Connector or the JNDI Connector

JDBC - What is needed for the following ?

JDBC Connection URL:
JDBC Database ClassName

When prompted for the Username and password, would this be for the application or the Cloudscape Derby database?

2. Where would I find the following information?
<JavaDir>
<classpath>
<JDBCURL>
<JDBCUserName>
<JDBCClassName>

Has any one tried this?

Thanks for the help awareim_support I have got to the point now where I am almost there. The problem I have now is I am unsure of the default login for the BASDB, any ideas on what the default username and password is?
