I sometimes have internal errors and the display message 'Internal error' is not meaningful for me, so I would like to know if there is a file in which is written the cause of the internal error ?
If you encounter an internal error please send us the output of the Aware IM Server and Tomcat server. You can have a look at this output in the Aware IM Control Panel.
