Saving queries by the users

In an old version of AwareIM it was a feature that is very important. It was allow the user to create a query then allow him to save it. When the user save his query, it will be available to him all the time. So he can just click on saved query that he created previously and comes up with the latest information from the database. The saved query by the user is available just for him and no other users can see his personal query.

This option has disappeared in later versions V2 & V3 of AwareIM.

Is there anyway to set user’s save query option available or if it is ready exist how to configure Aware to get it back.

This feature is available in the Developer Edition.

I have a Developer version and this feature not exist. If you are sure that it is available, please post the steps that allow the user to save his query.

When you define menu items for your menu in a Visual Perspective make sure you define two menu items of the following type:

1) Manage queries
2) Run user defined queries

The first one will allow users to manage their queries - define them, edit them, delete them.

The second will allow them to run the queries that they defined.
