I have just updated my Aware IM from V 2.1 to V 3.0. I have installed V 3.0 on top of the old one. Now when I am starting the control panel, I get the License expired or invalid for product id ea961fa3d19ce06a5f2e .
I have tried to enter the key via the productKey utility in the bin folder and the key is accepted but when I run the control panel I receive the same problem above.
Any suggestion to solve this problem will be appreciated?

The id you mention here is not the id registered on your account (unless we checked a different user in our database). This could be the reason. Please write to [email protected] about this problem.
