Screen Loading Halfway

Take a peek at this snapshot. For some reason when this particular page loads it loads halfway down the page.

Any clues as to why?

Hard to say from this picture but it is possible that the only focusable field on this page is the Notes area down below. So Aware IM tries to automatically put the focus on this field. If my guess is correct you can manually edit the JSP page for the form and remove the JavaScript that sets the focus.
